Job Summary

Assetz Social Responsibility Association is looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Executives for the jewellery industry. Selected candidates will receive professional training on RSA (Retail Sales Associate) and, upon successful completion, will be placed with leading jewellery brands. The role involves assisting customers, providing product information, processing transactions, and delivering an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers and assist with jewellery inquiries and purchases

• Provide accurate information on pricing, purity, features, certifications, and after-sales services

• Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and discounts

• Cross-sell and upsell jewellery products to achieve sales targets

Store Operations

• Ensure shelves, showcases, and racks are well-stocked and neatly displayed

• Assist in inventory handling, tagging, and merchandise returns

• Support billing, invoicing, and POS transactions

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

Training & Development

• Undergo structured RSA training covering:

  • Jewellery product knowledge (Gold, Diamond, Silver)

  • Customer handling and sales techniques

  • Store operations and inventory basics

  • Ethics, security, and professional conduct

• Apply training learnings at assigned partner stores

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless customer service

• Share customer feedback and sales insights with the Store Manager

• Stay updated on new jewellery collections, products, and services

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Freshers only (training will be provided)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets

• Basic understanding of retail or inventory procedures (preferred)

• Presentable, positive attitude, and customer-focused mindset

• Flexible to work weekends and during peak sales periods
