Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales with a strong focus on ATV (Average Transaction Value) and UPT (Units Per Transaction)
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Provide regular feedback and on-floor training
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, grooming, and store hygiene
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer escalations effectively
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, processes, and policies
Coordinate with the backend team for stock movement, replenishment, and reporting
Work in rotational shifts; one straight shift per week as per business requirement
Desired Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in fashion or lifestyle retail
Strong knowledge of retail KPIs: ATV, UPT, conversion, and sales productivity
Proven team leadership and people management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Flexible with shift timings and weekend working
