Retail Sales Executive

Job Title: Retail / Field Sales Executive – PVC/CPVC Pipes

Location: Tambaram, Chennai
Industry: Building Materials / Plumbing / Pipes

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail / Field Sales Executive to promote and sell PVC/CPVC pipes and related products. The candidate will be responsible for handling retail market sales, building strong dealer networks, and driving revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops, hardware stores, plumbers, and dealers to promote PVC/CPVC pipe products

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and contractors

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct regular field visits and generate leads through market mapping

• Ensure product visibility and brand presence at retail outlets

• Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences

• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections

• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in pipes, plumbing, or building materials)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Strong knowledge of the local retail market in and around Tambaram

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler

• A valid driving license is compulsory

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / Diploma

• Experience in PVC/CPVC, plumbing products, or construction materials will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)

• Incentives based on performance

• Travel allowance (as per company policy)
