Omnichannel Order Fulfilment
· Process omnichannel orders received through the store.
· Pick, pack, and prepare orders as per brand packaging standards.
· Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and shipment handover.
· Track order status and ensure adherence to dispatch timelines.
· Process returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics transactions.
ERP & Billing Operations
· Manage daily transactions on ERP and POS systems.
· Generate invoices, billing documents, and shipment records.
· Update stock movements, transfers, returns, and adjustments in the system.
· Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and dispatches.
· Support store-level reporting and MIS requirements.
Inventory Management
· Ensure inventory accuracy across physical and system stock.
· Conduct stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and periodic audits.
· Coordinate stock inward and outward processes.
· Monitor stock availability for omnichannel fulfilment.
Store Operations Support
· Maintain organized stockroom and packing areas.
· Ensure products are stored and handled as per quality standards.
· Support store opening and closing processes.
· Assist the store team during peak sales periods when required.
