Sales Associate – A1 Cash & Carry
Location: Patna, Bihar
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role:
A1 Cash & Carry is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and responsible Sales Associates to join our team for our upcoming store in Patna. The selected candidates will play an important role in assisting customers and supporting the day-to-day sales and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in locating products and provide information about products, prices, offers, and availability.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Support daily sales activities and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
Maintain proper product arrangement, display, pricing, and availability on shelves.
Replenish products and coordinate with the inventory/store team when stock is required.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of the sales floor.
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and store procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
Previous experience in retail, FMCG, supermarket, wholesale, or sales will be an advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
