Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our outlet team. The role involves serving customers, handling billing operations, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring a great in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection
Take orders accurately and serve milkshakes, ice creams, and other items
Operate POS (Point of Sale) system for billing and payments
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store as per standards
Ensure proper display and stocking of products and ingredients
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns politely
Upsell and promote ongoing offers or combos
Manage daily opening and closing tasks of the outlet
Coordinate with team members for smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Prior experience in retail / food service is preferred
Basic understanding of POS or willingness to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to work in shifts
Ability to handle customers professionally
