Retail Sales Associate – Westside
Location: Motera, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 6 months – 5 years in Retail / Counter Sales (Fresher can also apply)
Qualification: 10th Pass and above
Gender: Open to All
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM / 11:30 AM - 9:30 PM

Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join Westside at Motera, Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Handle product display, replenishment, tagging and store housekeeping.
Maintain proper product knowledge, pricing and promotions.
Support billing, stock management and other store operations as required.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Preferred Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in retail, fashion or counter sales will be an advantage.
