We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our team to manage customer data, builds relationships, and boosts retention using CRM software (like Salesforce/HubSpot) by handling inquiries, running campaigns, analyzing data for insights, and coordinating with sales/marketing to improve the entire customer journey, ensuring satisfaction from lead to post-sale support. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹20000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Client Outreach: Execute daily outbound call campaigns to follow up with customers who previously visited the shop
Data Maintenance: Update all customer interactions, contact details, and status in the CRM system.
Build and maintain positive relationships with leads and potential customers
Follow up with prospects to address questions and concerns before purchase
Record and manage customer interactions in the CRM system
Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
Appointment Setting: Successfully convert phone conversations into confirmed in-store appointments for the sales team.
Feedback Collection: Conduct "voice of the customer" surveys to understand why a client hasn't returned and report these insights to management to improve store operations.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience.
The responsibility includes Fulfilling brand engagement, excellent communication skills, and to ensure brand consistency.
