Retail Executive

We are looking for a Retail Executive to join our team at restaurant,one of the leading brands in

Tea, currently operates 55 outlets in Tamil Nadu, India, with 37 of them being company-owned and

operated. They offer a world of growth opportunities and invite others to join their revolution and make a

difference in people’s lives. Chai Waale’s expanding menu includes sandwiches, maggi, fries, momos,

pasta, cream rolls, khakhra, as well as a range of confectioneries and savories. Each of these offerings has

been carefully added to the menu after thorough customer research and taste profiling.

Job Description: Store Assistants / Team Member

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Store Assistants/Team Members to join our team. As a Team

Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness,

and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive

experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome customers, take and process orders and assist with product inquiries.

2. Prepare and serve beverages and snacks according to Chaiwaale standards.

3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the kitchen and customer areas.

4. Assist in monitoring stock levels and notifying management when replenishment is needed.

5. Work effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient store operations & customer service.

6. Adhere to company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications / Experience:

1. Minimum High school diploma.

2. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

3. Basic English & Hindi Communication is mandatory.

4. Ready to work for rotational shifts & Flexible Week offs.

5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

6. Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
