To perform the role of the product specialist for the respective categories to facilitate consultative selling.
To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; To ensure that revenue targets for the sub-category
To enhance conversion ratios and average transaction value per customer;
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS / DEVELOPMENTAL EXPERIENCES I.E. ALL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED TO FULFILL STAKEHOLDER EXPECTATIONS AND WHICH ENCOMPASS THE SPAN OF RESPONSIBILITIES MANAGED. IMPORTANT CHALLENGES TO GO THROUGH IN THIS ROLE AND WHICH ARE CRUCIAL TO BUILDING FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES.
