Job Description

Position: Female Sales & Billing Staff (Part-Time)

Industry: Imitation Jewelry Retail

Job Location: In-shop / On-site

A female staff member is required for an imitation jewelry shop to manage the billing desk as well as assist customers at the showcase counter. The role combines front-desk billing work, customer handling, product display support, and basic store operations, which aligns with standard jewelry retail sales and transaction responsibilities.

Key duties/responsibilities

• Handle billing, cash, UPI, card, and other customer payments accurately using computer/POS systems.

• Attend customers at the showcase, display imitation jewelry items properly, and help them with product selection.

• Maintain attractive, clean, and organized display counters and ensure products are arranged neatly.

• Provide polite customer service, explain product details, pricing, and assist in closing sales.

• Support stock checking, item recording, and basic inventory coordination when required.

• Maintain billing records and support smooth day-to-day shop operations.
  

Required qualifications and skills:

• Female candidate preferred as per shop requirement.

• Minimum educational qualification: High school / Intermediate; graduate preferred.

• Prior experience in jewelry, imitation jewelry, fashion accessories, retail sales, or billing counter

work preferred.

• Good computer knowledge and ability to use billing software, POS, and basic office tools efficiently.

• Good communication skills and customer-handling ability.

• Smart personality, presentable appearance, and professional behavior.

• Honest, attentive, and able to manage customers and billing work responsibly

Hiring Basis: Permanent

Language Known: Hindi, English, Bangla (optional)
