Team Member – Café Operations
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Team Member to join our café operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth daily café operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take food & beverage orders accurately
Prepare and serve meals and beverages as per café standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, and seating areas
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive guest experience
Support daily operational tasks including stocking and basic food preparation
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of food handling and café operations preferred
Positive attitude, teamwork, and punctuality
