FPA Role:
Assist walk-in customers and deliver an excellent showroom experience
Confidently present and sell bullion & coin products with accurate knowledge
Maintain daily sales records and customer interaction details
Follow up with prospective clients and nurture existing customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
Ensure store cleanliness and visual merchandising meet brand standards
Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally
Coordinate with team members and report to the Store Manager
System & Control Role:
Maintain and update client data in CRM/Excel/ERP systems
Ensure complete and accurate transaction documentation (KYC, invoices, receipts)
Follow SOPs for client queries, complaints, and after-sales support
Ensure no misrepresentation of product specifications, pricing, or return policies
