Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and staff.
Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and shift management.
Ensure smooth kitchen and counter operations.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
Monitor stock, inventory, wastage, and daily purchases.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor Zomato/Swiggy orders and maintain good ratings.
Manage cash, billing, and daily sales reports.
Train and guide staff to improve service and productivity.
Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed.
Coordinate with the owner regarding sales, staff, stock, and operational issues.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant/QSR Manager preferred.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team and handle pressure during peak hours.
Basic knowledge of inventory, billing, and restaurant operations.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Candidates with experience in QSR, Chinese, Shawarma, Cafe, or Fast Food outlets will be preferred.
