PVR INOX LIMITED is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Service Associates.

🎬 Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests visiting the cinema.

• Assist guests with ticket booking, offers, and promotions.

• Sell popcorn, beverages, food items, and other products.

• Handle billing and customer transactions accurately.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest queries.

• Maintain product stocks and ensure counters/areas are properly arranged.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

• Promote products, offers, and other cinema services.

1. Mani Square – Kolkata

2. City Centre 1 – Salt Lake

3. City Centre 2 – Rajarhat / Chinar Park

4. Diamond Plaza – Nagerbazar

5. Forum Mall – Elgin Road, Near Rabindra Sadan

6. Metro INOX – Dharmatala / Esplanade

7. Avani Mall – Howrah

8. Forum Rangoli Mall – Belur, Howrah

🎓 Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) Pass
  Age Limit 27 Maximum

• Experience: Fresher to 6 Months

• Salary: ₹11,000 In-Hand

• PF & ESIC: Applicable as per company policy

• Weekly Off: 1 day as per roster

• Shift: Rotational

⏰ Shift Timings

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Evening/Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Note: Weekly roster and shift timings may change as per business requirements.
