About the Role

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Jewellery Consultant to join our team at Jewellers, Marine Drive, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for jewellery, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.

• Explain jewellery designs, product features, quality, and pricing.

• Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide personalized service.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom looks presentable.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product recommendations.

• Maintain knowledge of jewellery collections, market trends, and new arrivals.

• Support billing, customer follow-ups, and after-sales services.

• Follow company policies and maintain showroom standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail is preferred.

• Experience in selling gold, diamond, or precious jewellery will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service and sales skills.

• Good grooming and a professional attitude.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
