Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.

• Display and explain jewellery designs, collections, making charges, and product features.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.

• Support customers in selecting jewellery according to their needs and occasions.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the billing team for sales transactions.

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

• Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery at the counter.

• Follow showroom policies regarding jewellery handling, security, and customer service.

• Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

• Assist with stock checking, tagging, and basic inventory-related activities when required.

• Coordinate with other showroom staff to ensure smooth customer service.

• Presentable, confident, and polite personality.

• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Basic knowledge of jewellery, gold, diamond, and making charges is preferred.

• Good numerical and billing skills.

• Ability to work under sales targets.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Education

12th pass / Graduate in any discipline. Jewellery retail experience will be an advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – 25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills, plus incentives as per company policy.
