We are looking for a results-driven Jewelry Sales Executive to join our team at Mawa jewellers. Your primary role will be to provide a luxurious shopping experience, helping customers select the perfect pieces while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has a deep appreciation for fine jewelry and a talent for building long-term client relationships
Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and luxury watches.
Sales & Closing: Understand customer needs for special occasions (weddings, anniversaries, etc.) and effectively close sales through persuasive communication.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain the elegance of the showroom by arranging displays, cleaning glass cases, and ensuring all items are properly tagged.
Inventory Management: Assist in daily stock counts, handle high-value inventory with extreme care, and report any discrepancies.
After-Sales Service: Educate customers on jewelry care/maintenance and assist with repair requests or custom order tracking.
Security Compliance: Strictly follow store security protocols regarding the handling of expensive merchandise and high-value transactions.
