We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the diamond or jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Promote and sell certified loose diamonds and jewellery products
Educate clients on diamond quality, certification, and value
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain and update client database, sales pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM
Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client specifications
Ensure excellent post-sales service for repeat business
Key Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of experience in diamond/jewellery/luxury sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent relationship management skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Good knowledge of certified diamonds and grading
Preferred Profile
Experience in high-value or luxury product sales
