Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Jewellery Retail Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, or premium retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.

• Present and explain jewellery designs, features, and pricing.

• Assist customers with bridal, festive, and occasion-based purchases.

• Achieve sales targets and generate repeat business.

• Handle customer queries and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

• Support billing, order processing, and showroom operations.

• Maintain proper product display and follow security procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in jewellery or premium retail sales.

• Female candidates preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Pleasant, confident, and well-groomed personality.

• Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery is an advantage.

• Hindi is essential; basic English preferred.

• Comfortable working with sales targets and flexible retail hours.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives
