Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, presentable and customer-focused Interior Showroom Sales Executive to join our showroom team at Wave City, Ghaziabad.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customers visiting the showroom, understanding their interior and home décor requirements, explaining products and services, preparing quotations, following up with prospective customers and converting enquiries into sales.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional personality and a strong interest in sales and interior products.

Key Responsibilities

• Showroom par aane wale customers ko professionally greet aur attend karna.

• Customers ki interior, home décor aur furnishing requirements ko understand karna.

• Customer ki requirement aur budget ke according suitable products/services suggest karna.

• Products ke features, specifications, quality, pricing aur available options ke baare mein clearly explain karna.

• Customers ko different designs, materials, finishes, colours aur product options samjhana.

• Customer queries ko professionally handle karna aur appropriate solutions provide karna.

• Interested customers ke liye quotations aur pricing details prepare/share karna.

• Walk-in enquiries ko sales opportunities mein convert karna.

• Customers ke saath regular follow-up karna through calls and WhatsApp.

• New enquiries aur existing customers ka proper follow-up maintain karna.

• Sales targets achieve karne ke liye consistent efforts karna.

• Customer requirements ko sales team/design team ke saath coordinate karna.

• Orders aur confirmed sales ki details properly maintain karna.

• Customer feedback lena aur after-sales coordination mein support karna.

• Showroom mein products aur displays ko properly presentable maintain karne mein support karna.

• Daily customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales activities ka basic record maintain karna.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum experience in Showroom Sales, Retail Sales, Interior Sales, Furniture Sales, Home Décor Sales or related field preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong interest in sales can also apply.

• Hindi mein good communication skills required hain.

• Basic English communication skills preferred.

• Customer dealing aur convincing skills achhi honi chahiye.

• Sales targets achieve karne ke liye target-oriented approach honi chahiye.

• Customer ki requirement samajhne aur suitable product recommend karne ki ability honi chahiye.

• Presentable personality aur professional behaviour hona chahiye.

• Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling aani chahiye.

• Follow-up aur lead conversion mein comfortable hona chahiye.

• Interior, furniture, home décor ya lifestyle products ka knowledge additional advantage rahega.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/- per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Selected candidate ko fixed monthly salary ke saath sales performance ke basis par incentives bhi milenge. Achhi sales performance aur target achievement ke saath earning potential increase ho sakta hai.
