Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify prospective residential clients, handle walk-in leads, and build relationships with builders or architects for referrals.Client Consultation & Pitching: Understand client requirements, conduct site visits, and present customized design solutions (2D/3D presentations).Project Estimation & Closing: Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.Coordination: Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure accurate design,, material selection, and project delivery.Relationship Management: Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the design-to-delivery process.Reporting: Track sales progress, maintain client records, and report on performance metrics. Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 2–5 years in interior design, modular kitchen sales, or residential project sales.Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design.Target-Driven: Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
