Job Title: Retail Sales Promoter (In-Store)

Job Type -

* Full-Time

* Part-Time

* Weekend Job

Job Overview -

Quesscorp Ltd. is hiring energetic and customer-friendly candidates for the role of **Retail Sales Promoter**. The selected candidates will work inside retail stores and assist customers in product promotion, sales support, and customer engagement.

## Salary Structure

* **Full-Time:** ₹20,000 CTC per month

* **Part-Time:** ₹10,000 CTC per month

* **Weekend Job:** ₹7,000 CTC per month

## Work Timings

**Part-Time (4 Hours Shift):**

* Female Candidates: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

* Male Candidates: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM

**Weekend Job:** Saturday & Sunday

## Key Responsibilities

* Promote products inside the retail store

* Interact with customers and explain product features

* Support the sales team in increasing product visibility

* Maintain professional behaviour with customers

* Assist customers in product selection

* Ensure good customer experience inside the store

## Eligibility Criteria

* **Gender:** Male & Female

* **Age Limit:** 18 to 32 years

* Good communication skills

* Presentable and confident personality

* Willing to work in evening shifts
