Sales Executive – Home Appliances | Exclusive Brand Outlet

Experience - 1–5 years

Qualification - Minimum 12th Pass

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to be part of our Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO). The role involves managing customers on the shop floor, understanding their requirements, demonstrating products and converting enquiries into sales.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in home appliances, consumer durables, electronics, kitchen appliances or a related retail category, with a strong customer-service and sales orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers visiting the store and understand their requirements.

• Explain product features, benefits, specifications and pricing in a simple and effective manner.

• Conduct live product demonstrations and guide customers in selecting the right product.

• Achieve individual and store-level sales and revenue targets.

• Convert walk-ins, enquiries and leads into sales.

• Maintain strong product knowledge across the entire range.

• Handle customer queries and objections confidently and professionally.

• Ensure a premium, well-organised and welcoming store experience at all times.

• Maintain proper product display, merchandising and showroom hygiene.

• Coordinate with the operations/delivery team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and installation.

• Follow up with customers and leads to maximise conversion and repeat business.

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales and customer information.

• Support day-to-day store operations, stock checks and other activities as required.
  

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12th Pass; graduation will be an advantage.

• 1–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in home appliances, consumer durables, kitchen appliances, electronics, electricals or related retail categories.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with a positive and energetic personality.

• Good selling, negotiation and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with product demonstrations and explaining technical features.

• Target-oriented and driven by sales performance.

• Presentable and disciplined with a professional approach.

• Comfortable working in a retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
