We are looking for a FLOOR MANAGER to join our team TANISHQ JEWELLERY WHITEFIELD to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. A jewellery Floor manager drives showroom sales, leads the sales team, and ensures an exceptional, luxury customer experience. Responsibilities include supervising daily floor operations, overseeing high-value transactions, managing gold and diamond inventory, and maintaining premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service: Drive the floor to meet or exceed daily revenue targets. Handle customer escalations and assist associates with closing high-value sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates and support staff. Conduct daily briefings, monitor employee grooming and performance, and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
Floor Operations: Oversee day-to-day showroom activities, ensuring compliance with strict security and safety protocols. Monitor visual merchandising, product security, and cleanliness.
Inventory Control: Coordinate with inventory and billing teams to ensure popular items are restocked, and track stock movement to prevent loss.
Qualifications & Skills Experience: Typically 4-8 years of proven retail experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in jewellery, luxury, or fashion.
Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of gold, diamonds, gemstones, hallmarking standards, and regional jewellery trends.
Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Must be detail-oriented and proficient in retail software.
Work Schedule: Willingness to work flexible, retail-oriented hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
