Position: Floor Manager
Department: Retail Operations
Experience: Minimum 5 – 8 years in retail operations and customer service management.

Location - Haldwani & Khatima (Uttarakhand)

Role Purpose

The Floor Manager is responsible for supervising daily activities on the retail floor, ensuring smooth customer service operations, managing sales staff, and maintaining store presentation standards to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Floor Operations Supervision

- Monitor daily activities on the sales floor and ensure smooth store operations.
- Ensure proper product display and store presentation.

2. Sales Support

- Assist the sales team in achieving store sales targets.
- Guide sales staff on customer engagement and product promotion.

3. Customer Service Management

- Ensure customers receive excellent service while shopping.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

4. Staff Supervision

- Supervise floor staff, allocate duties, and monitor productivity.
- Ensure discipline and proper conduct of employees.

5. Inventory Coordination

- Coordinate with store management regarding stock availability and product replenishment.
- Ensure proper display and stock management on the sales floor.
