Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to assist customers with product selection, styling and shopping experience while achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their fashion and shopping requirements.

• Suggest suitable outfits, products and styles based on customer preferences.

• Provide product information, styling advice and size recommendations.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

• Maintain product displays, shelves and visual merchandising standards.

• Ensure proper product arrangement and stock availability.

• Support store operations, stock checking and inventory activities.

• Stay updated with current fashion trends, new collections and promotions.

• Handle customer queries and assist with billing when required.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass; graduates can also apply.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered.

• Retail / Fashion / Lifestyle sales experience is preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Well-groomed, confident and presentable personality.

• Interest in fashion and styling.

• Comfortable working with sales targets.
