Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to assist customers with product selection, styling and shopping experience while achieving store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their fashion and shopping requirements.
Suggest suitable outfits, products and styles based on customer preferences.
Provide product information, styling advice and size recommendations.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Maintain product displays, shelves and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure proper product arrangement and stock availability.
Support store operations, stock checking and inventory activities.
Stay updated with current fashion trends, new collections and promotions.
Handle customer queries and assist with billing when required.
Eligibility:
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass; graduates can also apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered.
Retail / Fashion / Lifestyle sales experience is preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Well-groomed, confident and presentable personality.
Interest in fashion and styling.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
