Job Summary:
Digi1 is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our electronics retail team. The ideal candidate will handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them in selecting the right electronic products. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining product displays in the store.
customer Handling & Sales
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the store.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electronic products (Mobiles, Laptops, TVs, Home Appliances, Accessories, etc.).
Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and pricing clearly.
Demonstrate products when required.
Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
Handle billing, payment collection, and basic checkout processes.
Product Knowledge
Maintain updated knowledge of all products, features, new launches, promotions, and warranties.
Provide accurate information to customers to help them make informed decisions.
Store Operations
Ensure all products are properly displayed and the store is clean and organized.
Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for stock updates.
Assist in promotional setups and in-store marketing activities.
Customer Service
Address customer queries politely and professionally.
Resolve complaints or refer them to the store manager when needed.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat visits.
Sales Reporting
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of sales, customer information, and follow-ups.
