· Offer paid site visits or invite clients to experience our lighting centers.
· Handle queries via calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, or walk-ins.
· Confidently close high-ticket sales and identify upselling opportunities.
· Coordinate with design, logistics, and production teams for seamless client experience.
· Maintain follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
