Digital Marketing & Sales Executive

About the Role

Tenth Dimension Jewels is a luxury fine jewellery brand specializing in handcrafted gold, diamond, gemstone, and lab-grown diamond jewellery.

We are looking for a creative, target-oriented Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to grow our digital presence, generate qualified leads, drive showroom appointments, and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, and other digital platforms.

• Plan and create engaging social media content and campaigns.

• Run and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads.

• Manage WhatsApp and email marketing.

• Coordinate photoshoots, influencers, and promotional campaigns.

• Support website updates and basic SEO.

• Track campaigns and prepare performance reports.

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Handle enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, phone, and walk-ins.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into showroom appointments and sales.

• Maintain CRM and customer records.

• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Support showroom events and promotions.

KPIs

• Qualified leads generated

• Showroom appointments & footfall

• Lead-to-sale conversion

• Revenue from digital leads

• Social media growth & engagement

• Customer retention

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 0–2 years' experience in digital marketing, sales, jewellery, fashion, retail, or luxury brands.

• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Instagram, WhatsApp Marketing & basic SEO.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Creative, proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• Strong follow-up and sales conversion skills.

Preferred: Experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, or premium retail.
