We are looking for Department Manager & Sales Executive role to handle Retail Sale at Stores.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
Demonstrate and explain features, specifications, benefits, and pricing of mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and accessories.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs for Mobile, Laptop, Accessories, and related categories.
Maintain strong product knowledge across different brands, models, specifications, offers, and promotions.
Drive upselling and cross-selling of accessories, extended warranty, insurance, finance, and other value-added services.
Explain available EMI/finance options, exchange offers, cashback, and promotional schemes to customers.
Ensure proper product display, pricing, demo units, and merchandising standards on the sales floor.
Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, customer enquiries, and daily performance.
Coordinate with brand promoters, store management, finance teams, and vendors to ensure smooth customer transactions.
Follow company policies and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.
