Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, & building long-team relationships. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries Via Phone, Email & in-person interactions

• Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential customers

• Provide accurate information about products/services

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

• Ensuring sales target are met

• Scheduling Appointment with stores

• Good Communication skills in English

• Strong interpersonal & relationship-building skills

• Basic sales and negotitation skill

• Basic computer knowledge MS Office

Timings - 09Hours Sunday Off
