Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
Issue bills, recharge game cards, and maintain cashier records.
Assist guests with game rules, attractions, and safety guidelines.
Resolve customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth guest service.
