Job Responsibilities:
Sales Performance: Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success, driving continuous improvements in sales, productivity and profitability. Aspire to maximize your store’s sales potential, and meet or exceed your targets.
Customer Experience: Place the customer at the heart of everything interaction, providing excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction. Provide a positive and pleasant shopping experience and environment for all customers, consistent with the brand image
Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines to optimize customer experience and store appearance.
Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with existing customers and actively seek new client engagements to broaden brand reach and loyalty. Drive client loyalty and repeat business through consistent communication with existing clientele, keeping them informed of new product launches, collections, and offerings.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, and match them with appropriate products, enhancing their shopping experience and ensuring they find what they are looking for, as well as showcase products that complement their style.
Operational Excellence: Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring store upkeep, to present an orderly and attractive appearance of merchandise to customers. Oversee stock operations, ensuring timely inward and outward of inventory, prompt communication with other stores and departments, making the entire product offering immediately available and easily accessible to all customers, consistently.
Service and Feedback: Uphold the highest standards of integrity from a legal, financial, and moral perspective while conducting business. Handle all customer complaints and queries with a positive attitude, addressing identified improvement areas and involving the Area Store Manager or other partners as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales preferred.
Experience: At least 18 months of retail sales experience, preferably in the apparel, fashion or luxury sectors, in a customer facing environment.
Skills:
Strong fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in basic computer use and the ability to manage sales figures and stock movements.
A proven ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Must be a good team player, pleasant, service oriented with good communication skills.
