Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive for our Lab Grown Diamonds showroom. The candidate will assist customers, explain jewellery products, and achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers at the showroom

• Explain lab grown diamond jewellery products to customers

• Assist customers in product selection and billing process

• Maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and after-sales support

• Maintain showroom display and cleanliness

• Coordinate with inventory and store team
