This role is the backbone of the outlet—old-school hard work, modern execution.Key Responsibilities1. Customer HandlingAttend customers politely and respectfully.Serve milk, dairy products, and sweets accurately as per order.Inform the manager immediately in case of customer complaints or issues.2. Product & Store WorkProper handling of milk, ghee, butter, paneer, lassi, shrikhand, etc.Maintain cleanliness of counter, freezer, and storage area.Follow FIFO and ensure no expired or damaged product is sold.3. Billing & Cash SupportAssist in billing and packing of products.Handle cash/QR payments carefully (if assigned).Report any shortage or mismatch immediately—no hiding, no jugaad.4. Stock & Dispatch SupportHelp in unloading, checking, and arranging stock.Support delivery work when required.Follow instructions for packing, box handling, and dispatch.5.
