Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them to suitable games and activities.

• Explain game rules, charges, instructions, and safety precautions clearly.

• Assist guests with gaming cards, game activation, and basic gameplay queries.

• Manage queues and help guests take turns fairly, especially during busy hours.

• Support children and families while ensuring that applicable age, height, and safety requirements are followed.

• Check assigned games before opening and report faults, damage, or safety concerns immediately.

• Stop guests from using faulty equipment and inform the supervisor; carry out only tasks covered by training.

• Keep gaming machines, accessories, and surrounding areas clean and organised.

• Handle guest concerns politely and refer unresolved complaints to the supervisor.

• Coordinate with cash counter staff, technicians, and fellow attendants for smooth daily operations.

• Complete assigned opening, closing, and shift handover checklists.

• Promptly report accidents, injuries, lost belongings, and other incidents.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.

• Freshers may apply; experience in gaming zones, retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

• Friendly, patient, and comfortable interacting with children and families.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is an advantage.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Ability to remain attentive and work on the floor for extended periods, with scheduled breaks.

Salary: Based on experience and interview.
