We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail sales. The candidate should have a good personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist customers, recommend products, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their requirements.

• Explain product features, designs, sizes, colours, and pricing.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable fashion products.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

• Maintain product displays and ensure the counter is neat and organised.

• Manage billing and payments, if required.

• Maintain product stock and coordinate with the store team.

• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in counter sales, fashion retail, or showroom sales.

• Good personality and professional appearance.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of fashion products and retail sales.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
