A Sales Associate at Lulu Mall is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers. Greet customers warmly and understand their shopping needs.
Assist customers in product selection and provide accurate information about features, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
Monitor Stock levels and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the sales area.
Work closely with fellow sales staff, cashiers, and supervisors to ensure smooth store functioning.
