### **Counter Sales Executive**

**Levanilla Patisserie**

📍 **Job Location:** HA 20, Block, Sector 3, Salt Lake, Kolkata

We are looking for **experienced and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executives** to join our growing team at Levanilla Patisserie.

### **Candidate Profile**

* Experience in **bakery, patisserie, café, confectionery, or food retail** preferred

* Previous experience in **counter sales/customer handling** is required

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Smart, presentable, and courteous personality

* Ability to handle billing, orders, product display, and customer queries

* Knowledge of bakery products and cakes will be an advantage

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Attend to customers and understand their requirements

* Take and process customer orders

* Handle counter sales and billing

* Maintain proper product display and counter hygiene

* Explain bakery products, cakes, desserts, and other offerings to customers

* Coordinate with the kitchen for order fulfilment

* Maintain stock awareness and report shortages

* Ensure excellent customer experience and contribute towards increasing sales

### **Shift Timings**

🕘 **Shift 1:** 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

🕑 **Shift 2:** 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

**Employment:** Full Time
