Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – Kalika Collection (Vinay Nagar, Nashik)
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and sales-driven Counter Sales Executive to join Kalika Collection. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their preferences, and helping them select the right products from our wide range of sarees, kurtis, jewelry, and cosmetics. The ideal candidate should be polite, presentable, and passionate about sales, with the ability to create a comfortable shopping experience while promoting products, explaining offers, and building strong customer relationships.
The candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi, basic knowledge of fashion products, and the ability to handle billing and cash transactions. Prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory. We offer a supportive work environment, learning opportunities in sales, and performance-based incentives.
