Generation of tertiary sales
Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers/dealers
• Assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for
• Arrange merchandise to look tidy and attractive to customers
• Engage with customer and discover their wants and needs
• Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases and suggest purchase options
• Work towards achieving sales targets.
• Submit daily sales report to the manager.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
Analytical skill
• Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in the cookware or kitchenware industry.
• Stock management and product presentation.
