Job Responsibilities:
Attend customers at the sales counter and understand their requirements.
Explain products, features, prices, offers, and availability to customers.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Prepare bills/invoices and handle basic cash or digital payments.
Maintain proper display and arrangement of products at the counter.
Maintain stock information and coordinate with the store/warehouse team.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide good customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the sales counter.
Support the team in achieving overall store sales targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly attitude and positive approach.
Basic knowledge of billing and computers.
Ability to convince and assist customers.
Candidates with prior retail/counter sales experience will be preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
