Work Days & Timings : Monday To Saturday 11AM To 8PM

Location : TT Attar 59/A Canning Street Kol-1

Education : Any

Experince : Minimum 6 months retail sales, preferably in beauty, fragrance.

Salary : As per industry

Age: 21-45 years preferred

Job Overview

We are looking for customer-focused Counter Sales Girl to represent at our retail location TT Attar Canning Street Store.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Attar, Scent and excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver a good shopping experience for customers seeking traditional attars and modern perfumes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism at the counter.

Understand customer preferences through and recommend suitable attars and perfumes.

Demonstrate product knowledge by explaining fragrance notes, longevity, and concentration differences.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue goals.

Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty

Try to develop knowledge of our attar collection (traditional oil-based fragrances) including:

Oud, musk, amber, rose, sandalwood, and floral blends and etc.

Duties

Open and close the counter according to store procedures

Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports

Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns professionally

Collaborate with team members during peak hours and promotional events
