Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
Generate invoices and handle billing.
Receive cash, UPI, card, or other payment methods accurately.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
Keep track of stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and warranty details.
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business.
Maintain customer records and prepare daily sales reports.
Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for timely delivery.
