Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by welcoming customers, managing inquiries, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and supporting sales activities. The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing repeat business, and promoting the brand's jewellery collections and schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ensure a warm, professional showroom experience.

• Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate sales executive.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.

• Conduct follow-up calls after purchases to collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Inform customers about new jewellery collections, festive offers, exchange programs, and savings schemes.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM software accurately.

• Generate repeat business through regular customer engagement.

• Coordinate with the sales team to provide seamless customer service.

• Manage appointment bookings for jewellery viewing, custom orders, and deliveries.

• Assist in organizing customer engagement events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

• Prepare daily customer visit reports and follow-up reports.

• Ensure the showroom reception and waiting area remain clean and welcoming.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or jewellery industry.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Customer-focused approach with a pleasant personality.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM software).

• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

• Good organizational and multitasking skills.

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote jewellery products and schemes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or hospitality.

• Knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery is an added advantage.

• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.

• Customer retention and repeat purchase rate.

• Customer follow-up completion rate.

• Scheme enrollment and referral generation.

• Resolution time for customer complaints.

• Accuracy of CRM data and reporting.
