Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, assist with product selection, and ensure smooth billing and service at the counter. The role requires good communication skills, product knowledge, and a sales-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
Explain product features, pricing, and offers
Achieve individual sales targets
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection
Maintain counter display and product presentation
Coordinate with stock team for product availability
Handle customer queries and basic after-sales support
Maintain daily sales records
