Job Summary:

The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for attending walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable product recommendations. The role involves billing, maintaining displays, handling payments, and ensuring a positive customer experience to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Handle billing, cash/card/UPI payments, and generate invoices
Ensure accurate product pricing and stock availability
Maintain cleanliness and attractive display of products
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns politely
Coordinate with the stock team for inventory updates
Follow company policies and sales procedures
