Job Description

We are hiring experienced Counter Sales Executives for a reputed retail store in Goa.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or counter sales

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Positive attitude and sales-oriented approach

- Ability to achieve sales targets

- Basic computer knowledge preferred

Additional Requirement (Margao):

- Local language proficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers and provide excellent service

- Handle product enquiries and promote sales

- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness

- Achieve individual sales targets

- Handle billing support and day-to-day store operations

- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth operations
